Maison LINGOT-MARTIN, located in the heart of the Cerdonnais vineyard, was born in 1970 from the grouping of fourfamilies. The four associated winegrowers, attached to the terroir for several generations, have been able to develop 42 hectares of the Cerdon vineyard.
Le Cellier Lingot Martin is located Poncin in the department of I’Ain a few kilometers from the town of Cerdon.
The winery is recognized for its production of Cerdon AOP (sparkling rosé using the ancestral method) as well as for its production of Bugey AOP. This wine region is located 30 kilometers east of Bourg-en-Bresse on the Lyon-Geneva axis.
Cultivated on steep hillsides, the slope is steep, the exposure is ideal to capture the sun's rays, the terrain is clay-limestone. The vines planted at a density of 7200 plants per hectare.

Preparation :


• Preheat your oven to 200°C.
• Peel and core the pears. Cut them into cubes and put them in a mold. Pour 1/2 lemon juice over it and sprinkle with cinnamon.
• In a salad bowl, mix the soft butter with the sugar and flour with your fingertips. Crumble this preparation over the pears.
• Cook for 35 minutes in the hot oven. Let cool and enjoy!
