The added yeast is removed by filtration and decanting.
The bottles receive also definitive cork capping and are ready to be served.
Tasting notes: Of a luminous pink colour, festive and subtle notes. Intense red fruit aromas; raspberry. On the palate very fruity aromas, soft bubbles and subtle.
Serving temperature: Ideal serving temperature is 8 – 10° °C.

Best before: To be served very young, within maximum 2 years, in order to preserve its fruity aromas.
