BUGEY ROSÉ

Tasting: clear, beautiful rose petal color. Elegant, fine and fruity wine. Its complex nose of citrus and stone fruits makes it a complex, subtle and delicate rosé wine. Its delicate, fruity palate with a lovely freshness on the finish makes it a crunchy and delicious rosé. Light final notes of red fruits.

Food/wine pairing : you will enjoy this rosé during a barbecue, with rillettes or as an aperitif.

Tasting temperature: 8–10°C
TAV: 13%

Wine to keep: drink very young.

Picked when ripe and pressed immediately, without maceration, to obtain a delicate rosé, with a beautiful pale pink color and great finesse.
Fermentations take place at low temperature, around 14°C.

Vines planted at a density of 7,200 vines per hectare. The number of treatments is limited depending on the weather. Fertilizer is added based on soil and leaf analyses, thus ensuring a better balance between the soil and the vine. Control of vigor, leaf stripping, topping and limitation of yields, for better maturation and quality of the grapes.
